Pearl's been very good to me, I know. Throw anything my way, I'll learn to handle it. The thoughts of letting go were never here because I know this is what it takes to make a relationship work. Persistance - it is only possible with love. I think it is the same with Pearl, that's why she never stopped loving me or booted me out the door because of the flaws I have.
Last night, we had a very bad fight. There are too many things I want to say, but I know it's pointless because no matter what happens, Pearl's feelings matter too much for me to say what I have on my mind. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to make things better, there are occassions that I'm putting her in an awkward position with her friends.
As much as her regular clique of friends dislike me, I understand they're important to Pearl. And I finally know, the choice doesn't lie with Pearl but it's with me.
Honestly, it doesn't feel good to know that everyone is rooting for us to break up. I have my flaws, but at the very least, I adore Pearl. I'll try my very best to make her feel happy. For now, call me a coward if you must, I'm going to tear down this blog after you're done reading it.
If you walk out on me, I'm walking after you.
